This section is offered a varied programme of challenging schemes to help young people develop their character and abilities, in a fun and enjoyable way. The Senior section has 4 awards:

• Team Challenge is a project-based scheme designed for 13/14 year olds to work together as a group over a twelve month period
• The Achievement Awards consist of three stages of personal challenges:
• The Achievement Award for 13/14 year olds and upwards
• The Advanced Achievement Award for 14/15 year olds and upwards
• The highest Brigade award, the Archbishop's Award for 15/16 year olds and upwards Apart from the award schemes, they can take part in the many sports competitions held at Battalion and National levels
